The process of creating custom made patches requires active participation and accurate information from both parties involved – you, the customer, and us, the vendor. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read our terms and conditions of sale outlined below.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a valued customer of MJ Custom Patches, we kindly request that you provide us with precise and detailed information regarding your patch requirements. Your instructions play a crucial role in ensuring your satisfaction with the final product.
  • We will send you proofs, digitized designs, and mock-ups, which serve as the definitive representations of your artwork. It is your responsibility to meticulously review these materials, verifying that they align with your initial instructions. This review includes proofreading any text, confirming color and thread matches, and assessing all other design elements. Once you are satisfied and have approved the proofs, digitized design, or mock-ups, please promptly return them to us via email, accompanied by a confirmation of your approval.
  • Additionally, it is essential that you furnish us with an accurate physical shipping address. Once we furnish you with a tracking code, we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by external factors, including those beyond our control, such as force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances. We are also not liable for any inaccuracies in the shipping address or any misrouting of the shipment due to incomplete or inaccessible address details.
  • For customers please be aware that all customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and successful experience with MJ Custom Patches.

Our Responsibilities

At “MJ Custom Patches,” our commitments encompass delivering comprehensive support for your custom patch needs. Our responsibilities entail offering you design mock-ups, expert advice on design elements, and efficient production of your custom patches within the specified timeframes. Additionally, we take charge of ensuring the timely shipment of your orders. Return

In the event of a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the approved proof/Digitized design/mock-up, it is essential to inform us within 7 days of receiving your patches. Please make sure that the patches remain unused and are returned in the same packaging as they were originally shipped to you. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive the returned patches, we will expedite the process and provide replacements for any defective patches within 15 days of receiving the returned items.

Refund

We cannot provide refunds as all patches are made to order and cannot be resold, therefore, we cannot offer refunds at any stage of the ordering process once the order has been placed by you. After receiving the defective patches, we will remade them in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Refunds will only be issued if you have specified a date/deadline for receiving patches, and the patches don’t reach you before the deadline. Please clearly communicate your cut-off dates/deadline to us in writing/email before placing your order, and make sure we have accepted your terms of delivery before you place your order.

Payments

All your payments are securely processed via PayPal.

Information

The information you provide to us, including your name, phone number, and shipping address, may be shared with our third-party vendors and shipping carriers for the purpose of producing and shipping your patches and fulfilling your orders. We may also share your email with third-party review companies if you give us permission so that you can write reviews and help us improve the quality of our service and products. Any information we collect about you from you is never shared with third parties for the purposes of marketing and sales or for any other purpose other than those mentioned above.
